Hepatitis B Virus Genotyping

Product name

Hepatitis B Virus Genotyping Detection Kit (Fluorescent PCR)

Packaging Size

50 tests/kit

Intended Use

This kit is used for qualitative typing detection of type B, type C and type D in the positive serum/plasma samples of hepatitis B virus (HBV).

Epidemiology

At present, ten genotypes from A to J of HBV have been identified worldwide. Different HBV genotypes have differences in epidemiological characteristics, virus variation, disease manifestations and treatment response, etc., which will affect the HBeAg seroconversion rate, the severity of liver lesions, and the incidence of liver cancer to a certain extent, and affect the clinical prognosis of HBV infection and the therapeutic efficacy of antiviral drugs to a certain extent.

Features

● Multiplex PCR Amplification Technology ● Internal control: Fully monitor the experimental process to ensure the quality of experiments. ● High sensitivity: 1×10 2 IU/mL ● High specificity: No cross-reactivity with common pathogens for more accurate results.
