Hepatitis C Virus RNA Nucleic Acid

Product name

Hepatitis C Virus RNA Nucleic Acid Detection Kit  (Fluorescence PCR)

Packaging Size

50 tests/kit

Intended Use

The HCV Quantitative Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) to detect and quantitate Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) nucleic acids in human blood plasma or serum samples with an aid of Quantitative Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) method.

Epidemiology

The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a small, enveloped, single-stranded, positive-sense RNA virus. HCV is spread primarily by direct contact with human blood. It is a major cause of acute hepatitis and chronic liver disease, including cirrhosis and liver cancer.

Features

● Multiplex PCR Amplification Technology ● Internal control: Fully monitor the experimental process to ensure the quality of experiments ● High sensitivity: 50IU/mL ● High specificity: No cross-reactivity with common pathogens for more accurate results

Channel

FAM: HCV RNA VIC (HEX): Internal control
